Iris Gunnarsdottir is a renowned ceramicist and artist born in Greenland in 1992, with Icelandic roots, currently living in Colchester, England. Her artistic journey is a blend of her cultural background and contemporary experiences. After studying art and design, Iris settled in Colchester, completing an MA at Colchester School of Art. She works closely with community groups at the Art Exchange, the Minories and Level Best. She often uses found materials in her ceramics.
